We founded LPCA Créations with one objective: to offer our customers a fair and pleasant shopping experience. Our store policy is detailed below, you can review it and contact us if you have any questions.

Our delivery policy

How it works

The products can be delivered in all the countries of the World, to the address of your choice, in accordance with the elements that you will have provided to us. LPCA Créations declines all responsibility in the event of delay or absence of delivery resulting from the transmission of erroneous or incomplete elements concerning the delivery address that you have indicated to us. The delivery time can vary according to the order book, between 5 to 10 days for the creations of bags and accessories (shipping varying between 6 and 7 days after order) and 1 to 2 weeks for the creations of comforters, these delays are likely to vary depending on the number of orders. The carriers' risks are borne entirely by the purchaser.
In the event of missing or damaged goods, the buyer must formulate his request by email upon receipt of the said goods. These reservations must also be sent in writing within five days of delivery.

All of our orders are shipped with a tracking number.

Concerning the delivery, we propose the sending in Colissimo. The announced delivery times refer to the postal services. The delivery time is therefore very different from the manufacturing time.

From the dispatch of the order, the average delivery times are as follows:

– 3 to 5 working days by Colissimo for France.

– 11 to 18 working days by Colissimo for international Overseas

– 3 to 8 working days by Colissimo for international Europe

– 3 to 8 working days by Colissimo for international shipments outside the European Union

– 3 to 8 working days by Colissimo for international Rest of the World

LPCA Créations cannot be held responsible for a delay or error in delivery or loss of parcels by La Poste.

Please check the delivery address that you give us. If this is incorrect and the package has been returned to us, we will be obliged to invoice you again for the postage costs for the re-shipment.


Everything you need to know

In accordance with article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, for all distance selling operations, the buyer has a period of seven days from the delivery of his order to return the product to the seller for exchange or refund, without penalty except for the cost of return.

Exception for all personalized items, no return can be made. (All cuddly toys personalized with first name). We therefore thank you for being attentive to the spelling of the first names that you communicate to us.
